Meditation – 30 minutes In this guided meditation employees are able to let go of physical tension and stress. Calming the mind, nervous system and promoting mental clarity. The focus on breath work helps interrupt thoughts and rejuvenate creativity. Best place for this class Sessions can take place on office desks or in any empty space/ conference room. Chair Yoga – 30 minutes to 1 hour Ideal for offices with limited space; in Chair yoga we are able to use the physical support of the chair to find deep yoga stretches while working through mini- yoga flows on employees desks. Restorative Yoga – 30 minutes to 1 hour In this practice employees hold specific poses for an extended period of time. This Yin practice focuses on deep stretches specifically stretching connective tissues around the joint. A quiet and meditative practice. Best place for this class Ideally conference rooms, however any empty space or room in the office that can be cleared out will work; also possible to be done on office desks. What your employees needs Comfortable clothing and a mat – blocks are optional.
Power Yoga – 30 minutes to 1 hour Employees will break a sweat with this yoga flow, focusing on transitions and breath to movement. This practice is ideal for intermediate/ advanced yogis but caters to beginners with plenty of modifications. In this moving meditation you will find a calm mind with an energized body. Strength Yoga – 30 minutes to 1 hour Similar to fitness classes but inspired by yoga stretches and poses. Our challenging flows incorporate complex exercises using your own body weight. This is a fun class with a cardio feel to it; promotes teamwork and encourages employees to challenge their mind by challenging their physical limits. Fitness Yoga – 30 minutes to 1 hour Total body workout and burn. We start and end with yoga stretches that compliment exercises we will go through. Combining circuit training and tabata training this workout leaves all employees sweating, sore and smiling.
